Nestled on the East coast of Bali over looked by the great Agung volcano and tropical green mountains, Amed is a popular diving destination.

Compared to the south of Bali the oceans are flat an tranquil, perfect for snorkelling and learning to freedive, we even explore a few well known ship wrecks.

Here is what to expect

OCEAN CONFIDENCE
We combine a mix of freedive coaching and guided reef/wreck adventure fun diving around stunning Amed in East Bali.
You can expect daily yoga, freedivers Pilates classes, breath-training, meditation and EFT for relaxation and stress management.

We cover the basic freediving theory, plenty of equalisation practice and most importantly, how to freedive safely in the ocean.
Our master freediving instructors have a combined 20 years of teaching experience to all levels of freedivers.

Day activities

Each day at the mini-retreat is slightly different, but here is an example of a day to look forward to:

Morning: Breath-training & stretching
Morning: Freedive coaching
Afternoon: Fun reef / wreck snorkel
Afternoon: Stress management workshop
Evening: Yoga & meditation

Blue Earth Village

We spend 3 nights at the unique Blue Earth Village that sits at the top of a hill over looking Jemeluk bay. The resort has a wonderful restaurant serving up a mix of Indonesian, European, vegan and vegetarian food.

There is a 25m swimming pool that we use for freedive training and a stunning bamboo yoga shala with amazing sunset views of mt Agung volcano.
