Throughout the retreat, we’re here to support your journey with optional workshops, sharing tools and techniques to deepen your connection with the water — both mentally and physically.
At the resort, unwind and recover with access to our sauna and ice bath rituals, designed to restore the body and calm the nervous system after your dives.
And of course… we can’t wait to float in stillness with you, listening to whale songs echoing through the blue.
